Hi all, it's Steve H. You know me, the dude with the beard and long hair.

We have been having issues with Zoom Meetings. The problem is that people are logging into the different meetings when it isn't their meeting time OR they are never disconnecting from a meeting. As a result, this blocks the other groups from other meetings.

Usually, when this happens, someone calls me and I boot the folks in the open meeting so the other meeting can start. It happened today but unfortunately, I was driving and couldn't attend to it until 1:30 PM.

My solution for this follows:
When a meeting is scheduled it can be started anytime by anyone with a passcode. This is necessary to accommodate changes in schedules, business meetings, etc.

From this point forward there will only be one meeting ID and one passcode. None of the groups have conflicting meeting times so this shouldn't impact anyone. I'm sure we can be respectful of one another and adhere to this.
