Despite funding challenges and delayed federal reimbursements, City of Refuge says its commitment to serving the Dalton community remains unchanged.

"What started as helping a small group of two or three people has grown into 2,500 people per month through all of the different services we provide," said founder and CEO Pamela Cudd.

The nonprofit discusses recent challenges, how it has adapted, and why leaders say they have no plans to slow down or close their doors.

Our Women's Support Group had a great time with our speaker, Sandra West. She shared tidbits of wisdom for healthy relationships with people and God. Their children really enjoyed playing during the session. Thank you to all those who made Tuesday wonderful!

Our ladies had a fabulous time at the tea party! A special thanks to Peggy Hammontree with Stop, Shop, Pray, the wonderful group of women from Grove Level Baptist Church - Dalton, GA who brought fruit, plated and served the ladies, and Charlie Tripp and team for the delicious chicken salad croissants and muffins. Our second annual Women's Tea Party was a huge success!!
