Testimony Tuesday // More than An Infertility Community

When I first started this journey, I never imagined that some of my greatest support would come through a ministry outside of my church. My first group was small, but I kept showing up for group anyway. Through my leader and my first conference, I met women who would become dear friends. Though we live in different parts of the country, the distance doesn't matter. Their friendships leave me in awe. God created a sisterhood rooted in faith.

At the following conference, I met more women who would become important parts of my journey. One encouraged me to consider leadership, while others quickly became trusted friends. A year ago, I signed up for prayer partners and was matched with another woman who would become a dear friend. During our prayer partner season, the Lord made a way for us to meet in person before the conference when she came to the West Coast for work. What started through prayer became genuine sisterhood.

Their encouragement gave me the courage to continue plugging into group and eventually step into leadership. Through conferences, retreats, and ministry events, God continued weaving together more friendships.

Today, so many women are now contacts in my phone, and I love knowing that if I cannot reach one person, there is always another friend willing to answer my call or text, and vice versa.

Before I ever joined group, I remember seeing a leader profile and thinking, “Wow, there’s another woman who looks like me. She’s also Latina.” When we finally met in person at leaders retreat, I shared that seeing her representation encouraged me to sign up in the first place. That moment reminded me how powerful representation and visibility can be.

Had I never stepped out of my comfort zone, I would have missed out on healing, encouragement, accountability, and lifelong friendships.

Sometimes, one leap of faith can change your life through the power of community. What once felt like a lonely journey has now changed into a powerful sisterhood rooted in faith and fellowship.

Thank you, , for sharing your testimony.

You don't have to wait for a positive pregnancy test to start living again.

Somewhere along the journey...
your life became centered around appointments, treatments, timelines, and waiting.

And slowly, without realizing it...
you stopped living.

You stopped making plans.
Stopped dreaming.
Stopped pursuing things you once enjoyed.
Because it felt safer to wait until motherhood happened.

But what if your life isn't supposed to begin the day you become a mom?

What if God still has joy, purpose, growth, healing, and abundance for you right now?

Infertility may be part of your story.
But it was never meant to become your identity.

You can grieve and still have joy.
You can wait and still have peace.
You can desire a baby deeply and still live a full life today.

This is what we're talking about in Thriving Through Infertility.

Not giving up on your miracle.
Not settling.
Not moving on.
Learning how to thrive while you wait.

Over 4 live weeks, we'll cover:

✨ Overcoming hopelessness
✨ Breaking free from comparison
✨ Processing grief in a healthy way
✨ Finding joy again
✨ Living with peace while still believing

Your miracle is worth believing for.

But so is the life you're living right now.

What if the hardest part of infertility isn't the waiting...

What if it's watching your life slowly shrink while you wait?

So many women don't just put motherhood on hold.
They put joy on hold.
Dreams on hold.
Friendships on hold.
Adventures on hold.
Life on hold.

But after walking through 14 years of infertility and supporting thousands of women around the world, I've learned something powerful:

You don't have to choose between believing for your miracle and living a full life.

You can still laugh.
Still make memories.
Still pursue purpose.
Still experience peace.
Still enjoy the life God has given you today.

That's exactly what we'll be doing inside Thriving Through Infertility—a 4-week live experience designed to help you move from merely surviving to truly thriving while you wait.

Because your miracle is worth believing for.

But so is the life you're living right now. 💕

Infertility may be part of your story.

But it was never meant to become your entire life.

You were created for more than:
• Surviving another month
• Surviving another appointment
• Surviving another disappointment
• Surviving another pregnancy announcement

There is still joy to experience.
Still purpose to pursue.
Still life to live.

You don't have to wait until motherhood to start living again.

Can we talk about the men on Father’s Day?

The ones who aren’t fathers yet…
but desperately want to be.

The ones who rarely get asked,
“How are YOU doing?”

The ones carrying disappointment while trying to stay strong for their wives.

The ones who have already imagined bedtime stories, baseball games, tea parties, and family vacations.

The ones whose Father’s Day is filled with faith…
and longing.

If that’s you:
Your desire is seen.
Your prayers are heard.
Your story isn’t over.

Happy Father’s Day to every Dad in the Making. 💙

Today, we're honoring the men who aren't fathers yet... but already carry a father's heart.

The men who pray, hope, support, and continue believing despite disappointment and delay.

To every Dad in the Making:

Your desire is seen.
Your prayers are heard.
Your faith matters.
And your story isn't over.

In faith, we say happy Father's Day. 💙

What started with six women in a living room has grown into a global community helping women find hope, support, and encouragement while believing God for their miracle babies.

Today, we're excited to introduce the leader of our French-speaking group, Anabel Alarcon Escobedo! 💕

Anabel deeply believes in the power of community and in ensuring that no woman has to walk through infertility alone. Her heart is to create a space where women can feel supported, encouraged, and connected as they navigate their journeys.

As a Product Manager, Anabel enjoys helping things grow and thrive, and in her free time you'll find her coloring or skating.

We're so grateful she said yes to leadership and are excited to see the impact she will have on French-speaking women around the world.

Things I Refused to Say During 14 Years of Infertility

❌ I am infertile.
✅ Infertility is a diagnosis, not my identity.

❌ My body is broken.
✅ My body was created by God.

❌ It's impossible to have a baby.
✅ Nothing is impossible with God.

❌ Motherhood will never happen.
✅ My story isn't over.

❌ I'm too old.
✅ Age is not a limitation for God.

❌ God must not care.
✅ God sees me and cares for me.

❌ This is my fault.
✅ Shame is not from God.

❌ I'll probably never get pregnant.
✅ I am fertile and fruitful.

❌ Nothing is happening.
✅ God is working even when I cannot see it.

AFTER 14 YEARS OF INFERTILITY, I LEARNED THIS:
❌ Infertility does not get the final word.
✅ God does.

What are you speaking over your fertility journey? 👀

Because after 14 years of infertility, I've learned that what we repeatedly say often reveals what we repeatedly believe.

And if we're not careful, disappointment can start writing the narrative.

"I am infertile."

"My body is broken."

"It will never happen."

"I'm running out of time."

"God must not care."

I've thought some of those thoughts too.

But I learned that a diagnosis is not my identity.
A statistic is not my destiny.
And infertility does not get the final word.

God does.

Swipe through these statements I refused to speak over my life during 14 years of infertility and save this post for the days you need a reminder.

If you're ready to learn how to speak life instead of defeat, renew your mind, and thrive in your current season while still believing God for your miracle, I invite you to join my upcoming summer group, Thriving Through Infertility.

For more than a decade, Caroline Harries has been helping women find hope in the midst of impossible situations. 💕

Today, we're excited to announce that for the first time in 7 years, Caroline will be co-leading a local Moms in the Making group again!

As the Founder and President of Moms in the Making, Caroline has spent the last 13 years encouraging women around the world to trust God, stand on His promises, and believe that nothing is impossible with Him.

After more than 14 years of walking through infertility herself, Caroline remains steadfast in her trust in God's faithfulness and passionate about helping women experience the presence and power of God, find healing and wholeness, and grow in faith while waiting for their miracle.

As Moms in the Making has grown to more than 100 groups worldwide, Caroline stepped away from local leadership to focus on leading the ministry. This fall, she's stepping back into leading a local group, and we're so excited for the women who will get to be part of it.

📍 If you're in the North Dallas area, or willing to make the drive, we'd love for you to join us!

Some leaders don't just serve a community—they help create one. 💕

Today, we're excited to celebrate Shirley Williamson as she expands from leading virtually to now leading an in-person Moms in the Making group in Montville, New Jersey!

As a pharmacist, Shirley spends her days caring for others, and that same heart for serving is what led her to become a Moms in the Making leader.

She feels called to walk alongside women on their fertility journeys, offering encouragement, support, and a reminder that they do not have to navigate this season alone.

When she's not working or leading, Shirley enjoys cooking, baking, biking, and spending time with her five pets.

We're so grateful for Shirley's faithful leadership and thrilled that even more women will now have the opportunity to connect with her in person.

HAVE YOU PUT YOUR LIFE ON HOLD
FOR A BABY?

Maybe without even realizing it…

You’ve put your joy on hold.
Your dreams on hold.
Your friendships on hold.
Your purpose on hold.

Waiting for the day
you finally become a mom.

But your life did not stop
when you received an infertility diagnosis.

And your life doesn’t begin
the day you see two pink lines.

Yes, it’s okay to deeply desire a child.

Yes, it’s okay to grieve, pray, hope, and believe for your miracle.

But don’t wait to live
until your circumstances change.

You can pursue motherhood

AND

fully embrace the life God has given you today.

After 14 years of infertility,
I’ve learned this:

Thriving and waiting can coexist.

You don’t have to choose between
believing God for a baby

or

living a full, abundant life right now.

You can do both.

Ready to learn how to thrive in your current season while still believing God for your future?

So many women don’t realize it, but somewhere along the journey, infertility became the reason they stopped living.

“I’ll be happy when I’m pregnant.”
“I’ll travel after I become a mom.”
“I’ll pursue that dream later.”
“I’ll fully enjoy life once my miracle arrives.”

But what if God never intended for your waiting season to be a wasted season?

After 14 years of infertility, I’ve learned something powerful:

You don’t have to choose between believing God for a baby and living a full, abundant life today.

You can grieve and still have joy.
You can wait and still thrive.
You can believe for your future while fully embracing the present.

Your life didn’t stop when you received a diagnosis.
And your life doesn’t begin when you see two pink lines.
