Thank you for visiting the barns during the 2026 Western Oregon Exposition Heritage Fair!
Our barns were full of animals brought in and shown by youth exhibitors. Our show allows for 4-H members as well as public youth to exhibit their animals and compete in both showmanship and breed conformation classes. We had an excellent turnout and all cages were full of critters, ranging from pigeons up to cows!
We love having the public come through and see the animals that the kids have been raising.

This year we took on the big job of removing the barn sawdust and replacing it with river sand to cut down on the dust and allergens in the barn walkways. We are so grateful for the help from Larry and Rita Barkemeyer, Megan and Colton Groat, Suzan Rolfe, Dan Basaraba, Ken Schwieger and others that put in their time to help upgrade the barn footing!

It’s never too early to start planning for next year, if you have questions about exhibiting, interested in becoming a livestock judge, would like to donate to our show, or would like to volunteer in the barn- feel free to reach out. We are always grateful to have help!

❤️ And Just Like That… It’s Time to Say Farewell Until Next Year!
What a weekend.
To everyone who came through the gates, entered an exhibit, competed, volunteered, performed, brought an animal, sold their creations, served up great food, sponsored an activity, brought the kids, or simply came out to enjoy the fair — THANK YOU.
The Western Oregon Exposition Heritage Fair is truly a community fair, and it takes a community to make it happen.
We hope you leave with a few new memories, some great stories, and maybe even a ribbon or two. ❤️
And while this year’s fair may be coming to an end, it’s never too early to start thinking about next year!

We’re wrapping up fair weekend with another fun day in the barn, and we’d love to have you come cheer on our exhibitors!
🐕 11:00 AM – Dog Show
🎭 11:30 AM – Costume Contest — All Species
🍕 3:00 PM – Exhibitor Meeting, Pizza & Herdsmanship Awards
The costume contest is always a fun one, so bring the family down and see what our exhibitors come up with!
Then we’ll finish out the weekend celebrating everyone who worked so hard to make the barn and animal shows happen.
