The Oregon Heritage Commission is updating the Oregon Heritage Plan to strengthen heritage efforts across the state. To help inform the plan, we have released a public survey to understand what heritage values Oregonian’s hold and how they participate in historical activities across the state. The survey is open to the public until October 27.

How will this help you?
• Data-based advocacy efforts: Findings from this survey will help us advocate on a national scale with real-world insights, ensuring programs and policies are built on the actual experiences of Main Street businesses.
• Elevate the voices of local business owners: We'll share the survey results in mid-November, highlighting the realities—both positive and difficult—that businesses face. For communities and coordinating programs with 50 or more responses, we will provide a localized summary to help you tell your story and guide your own advocacy efforts.
The survey takes just 9-10 minutes to complete and is available in English and Spanish. Please encourage your small business owners to complete the survey by Thursday, October 30th.
