Today is National Mutt Day! I would celebrate as Pugs N Roses has always taken mutts where some rescues only take purebreds. However I can not get a SINGLE foster for this poor chi who will lose his life! Shelters are killing dogs. We NEED HELP. Please please consider opening your home to save this precious boy's life!!!
