Just a few photos from our super fun Teen/Adult Karaoke Movie & Game Nght tonight. DSAOC's Teen/Adult Karaoke Game & Movie Night, Carnival FUN, was indeed SO MUCH FUN! We had unexpected, delicious sweets and savory items delivered to our event from Queen Isabella's Bakery in Orange. YUM!! we enjoyed singing, movies, games, a wheel spin of prizes, friends and refreshing Kona Ice. *** TONIGHT *** THURSDAY 8/6 at 7PM
Circle of Friends Support & Networking Group --- SPECIAL PRESENTATION
Small Voices, BIG Communication: AAC for Early Learning
Presented by:
Elizabeth Ortega, Assistive Technology Coordinator: TASK

Please NOTE: for this Circle of Friends, you MUST register first before receiving the Zoom link. See the registration link below. Thank you!
Join us to learn how Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) can help young children (ages 0–5) communicate.
AAC can help reduce frustration, support early language learning, and encourage social interaction. We’ll introduce simple, low-tech options as well as higher-tech apps and speech devices, introduce ways to use AAC, and share practical examples you can use at home and in early learning settings. You'll leave with age-appropriate ideas to start using AAC right away with your little ones.
