🇺🇸 This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage and dedication allow us to live in freedom and pursue our dreams.

Help us welcome to State Staff and wish a very happy birthday to Oregon FFA’s new Leadership Development Coordinator, Justin Sharp!

We are excited to have Justin join our team in just a few short weeks, helping provide high-quality leadership development experiences through the Leadership Development Continuum and State Officer interactions. He is passionate about developing the next generation of student leaders and giving back to the organization that helped shape who he is.

Justin developed his passion for production agriculture while growing up on his family’s alfalfa farm and cow/calf operation in Fort Rock, Oregon. After being heavily involved in the North Lake FFA Chapter throughout high school, he went on to serve as the 2021-2022 Oregon FFA State Vice President, where he discovered a passion for school-based agricultural education and leadership development.

Driven to give students the same opportunities and mentorship that agricultural education provided him, Justin attended Oklahoma State University to earn his degree in Agricultural Education. Along the way, he worked with FFA members across Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa, Utah, New York, and Connecticut, gaining valuable experiences that continue to shape his work today.

We’re grateful to have Justin on the Oregon FFA team - join us in wishing him a happy birthday!
