Earning a spot as a national finalist is an incredible accomplishment and a reflection of the curiosity, dedication, and hard work these members have invested in their research!

Through the Agriscience Fair, FFA members have the opportunity to explore real-world challenges in agriculture, develop research projects, analyze data, and share discoveries that could help shape the future of our industry.

From asking the first research question to presenting their findings on the national stage, these members have demonstrated the innovation, critical thinking, and determination that make agricultural education so valuable.

Congratulations to all of Oregon's National Agriscience Fair Finalists! We are proud of the work you have accomplished, the knowledge you have gained, and the chapters and advisors who have supported you along the way.

From Oregon to the national stage, you have represented our state, our members, and the blue jacket with pride!

As Jael Cruikshank of the Bend FFA Chapter concludes her year of service as the 2025–2026 National FFA Western Region Vice President, we want to take a moment to celebrate her leadership, dedication, and the impact she has made on FFA members across the country.

Throughout this past year, Jael has demonstrated what it means to lead with purpose, serve with heart, and inspire others to reach their full potential. Her commitment to agricultural education and the FFA mission has made Oregon proud!

Jael, thank you for the countless miles traveled, connections made, lives impacted, and the example you have set for the next generation of agricultural leaders.

💙💛 **INDIANAPOLIS, HERE WE COME!** 💛💙

The journey to the 99th National FFA Convention & Expo is beginning, and Oregon FFA is ready!

As members, advisors, and supporters from across Oregon prepare to travel to Indianapolis, we want to wish everyone safe travels and an unforgettable convention experience!

Whether you're stepping onto the national stage to compete, being recognized for your accomplishments, representing your chapter, or attending to learn and grow, remember that you are part of something bigger than yourself.

This week is about more than competitions, awards, and convention sessions. It's about discovering new opportunities, building lifelong connections, celebrating accomplishments, and returning home inspired to make a difference.

Take pride in where you come from, embrace every opportunity, and remember that you represent the very best of Oregon FFA.

Oregon FFA is in need of judges Nov 21 for State Ag Sales in Corvallis at Oregon State University. We need sales presentation judges, practicum judges, and team activity judges. We will provide morning refreshments, snacks throughout the day, and lunch.

There are also a couple of remote judging opportunities. Specifically, you can judge advertising (a PDF will be sent for each team) or telephone order taking where you can conduct the sales conversation with the participant remotely.

If you, or someone you know, is four or more years out of high school and willing to judge, please use the links provided in the comments.

Additionally, we are looking for event volunteers to help facilitate timing and host rooms during the event. Those interested can be post high school students or young adults and can fill out the form linked in the comments.

Every strong leader starts somewhere. Just like a seed, leadership takes time, encouragement, and the right environment to grow.

At the Eastern Oregon District Leadership Camp, members embraced their theme, “Planted with Purpose,” discovering that each of us has something unique to offer and a purpose worth pursuing.

Throughout camp, members built friendships, stepped outside their comfort zones, worked together, and strengthened the skills that will help them make a difference in their chapters, schools, and communities.

🌱 Strong roots are built through relationships.

🌻 Growth happens when we challenge ourselves.

🌾 Purpose is found when we use our strengths to serve others.

The seeds planted at camp won't stop growing when everyone heads home. They'll continue to take root in the friendships formed, the confidence gained, and the leadership members bring back to their chapters.

A big thank-you to the Eastern Oregon District officers, advisors, and everyone who helped make this camp possible. We can't wait to see what grows from the seeds planted this week!
