South Coast Horizons South Coast Horizons is dedicated to providing programs for adults with special needs and abilities.

South Coast Horizons is a non-profit organization serving people with significant intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our clients are men and women who live on a daily basis with multiple complications from severe and profound medical conditions. We serve people who live in our residential group homes in Coos Bay and North Bend. We operate Sea Cove, a day activity program that our residents attend, as well as, people who live in private homes from Coos and Douglas counties.
