💙 **Please join us for our 3rd Neurodivergent Support Group Meeting!** 💙

First, I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Monterey United Methodist Church and Terri for creating this AMAZING sensory room! 🧩✨

It truly warms my heart to see a local church investing in our community and making inclusion a priority.

As parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children, we know that attending church, community events, or even simple outings isn't always easy. Sometimes, the lack of accommodations, understanding, or support means our families miss out on experiences that others may take for granted.

That's why what Monterey United Methodist Church is doing is SO important! They have already taken incredible steps toward creating a more welcoming and inclusive environment, and they have even bigger plans for the future! 💙

**I'm also so excited to announce that we will be using this wonderful sensory room for our monthly support group meetings!**

So please, come join us for our third meeting! **Bring the kids, come as you are, and connect with other parents and caregivers who understand.**

Let's talk about the victories, the challenges, the overwhelming days, and the beautiful moments that come with raising and supporting individuals with disabilities.

This is a place where you don't have to explain yourself, where your children are welcome, and where you can find understanding, encouragement, and community.

The Arc Putnam County is excited to invite families, caregivers, educators, and community members to our Special Needs Resource Fair! 🌟

Whether you’re just beginning your journey or have been navigating the world of disabilities for years, we want you to know that you are not alone!

This event is an opportunity to connect with resources, ask questions, gain valuable information, and build relationships with others in our community.

❤️🎃 BIG NEWS FOR OUR INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY! 🎃❤️

I’ve heard SO many wonderful things about the White County Sheriff’s Office and the HUGE heart they have for children, adults, and individuals with special needs. 🥰

White County and Sparta have a beautiful history of creating inclusive events and bringing our community together—and we are so excited for what’s ahead!

I’m thrilled to share that White County is joining Unique Cookeville for 2026–2027! 🎉💙

We cannot wait to work together to create more opportunities for inclusion, connection, understanding, acceptance, and awareness for our special needs community across Putnam County and White County. When communities come together, AMAZING things can happen! 💕✨

🍀 Free outdoor wellness for kids & adults with IDD!!
🍀I learned about Nature Together that’s located White County, Sparta in the meeting yesterday! It made my heart happy! Go check it out!!

Meet our Clovers! 🍀

Our Clovers group is for kids and adults with intellectual and developmental differences. We hike, make art, garden and move our bodies outside together, and it's always free.

Time in nature lowers stress, boosts mood and builds confidence. That's why we call it nature Rx. 🌿 Fresh air really is good medicine, and that smile proves it!
