First Tee - Contra Costa

10/06/2026

Happy National Coaches Day! Today we are thrilled to recognize our coaches (adult and juniors) and mentors who give it their all, are always there and make a difference in people’s lives!

Today, for National Coaches Day, we’re celebrating the people who make First Tee – Contra Costa feel like a community.
To our 60-plus volunteer coaches and supporters: thank you for showing up, week after week, with patience and heart.
You teach more than golf—you help young people build confidence, make good choices, and believe in themselves.
A kind word, a little encouragement, or simply being there can mean more than you know.
Our participants are lucky to learn from people who care so deeply.
We’re grateful for every one of you and the time, energy, and heart you give.
Happy National Coaches Day! 💚⛳
