Are you heading to in Incheon, South Korea?!? It’s time for you to think about volunteering! Apply at the link 🔗 in our bio!
You can choose if you would like to work as a half-time or full-time volunteer!
Half-time volunteers work a maximum of 10 hours during the week, and receive 50% off of registration.
Full-time volunteers work 10-20 hours during the week, and receive free registration!
Volunteers receive a free t-shirt for their service. Volunteers may also receive perks including to but not limited to: a free clarinet lesson, equipment like a mouthpiece, ligature, or barrel, artist CDs, and other miscellaneous volunteer-only swag.
Plan to attend at least ONE Volunteer Orientation meeting. The orientation meetings are scheduled on Tuesday, July 7 at 5PM and Wednesday, July 8 at 8:00AM. Please let the volunteer coordinator know if you cannot attend either orientation but still wish to volunteer.
Volunteers are responsible for all travel and lodging. (Bring a friend to volunteer with you to help with costs!) You can visit the ClarinetFest® 2026 Volunteer webpage to ‘find a roommate’ or other lodging alternatives.
Volunteers should be 18 years old or older to volunteer for the International Clarinet Association. If you are under 18, you must have a parent/guardian complete a permission and release form.
If you have any other questions or concerns with which the ICA may be able to assist, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator Stephen Borodkin ([email protected]) directly.
