Ever wondered what it's like to volunteer for Junior Achievement Finance Park? JA Volunteer Champion, Adam Pelka, makes his experience known 💪💡
"Personal finance is hard. Personal finance is personal. There is a huge gap in financial literacy among educated adults let alone children. I think with JA, striving to help young people succeed, nobody has the same financial situation, nor the same resources, and I think the sooner people can understand the impact of some of their decisions the more prepared they are for the future!
No matter how chaotic finance park is, you will always be able to find that eye opening experience. When you go to settle up the budget and realize all the things you can't afford, it really makes you stop and think, how can we afford this, and what changes/sacrifices do we have to make to be within our budget."
