Did you know that Charity Newsies has an emergency application process to assist families impacted by disasters and fires? Families connect with the Red Cross Central & Southern OH and we work with Red Cross caseworkers to get clothing packages out for kids while the Red Cross works with families to provide a variety of other resources. As our students set off to school, we are reminded of the incredible community of donors whose generous support make the work of Charity Newsies possible. Providing 18,000 children with $150 clothing packages is not cheap and we are lucky to have the dedication of the Central Ohio community in making our work possible. So many companies and people are building on the legacy of the founding Newsies to carry the mission forward!
