Shout out to Health Partners of Western Ohio for continuing to demonstrate the impact Community Health Centers have as trusted providers and partners of choice in the communities they serve! 👏🎉

This article highlights the importance of expanding access to children’s vision care and ensuring students have the resources they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom. It was great to see leaders, including Governor Mike DeWine, CMS Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz, and Congressman Mike Carey, recognizing efforts that help improve care and outcomes for Ohio families.

Thank you to HPWO for continuing to strengthen healthier communities through compassionate, patient-centered care and strong local partnerships across Ohio.

Tomorrow is Global Accessibility Awareness Day!

We are beyond proud to say Five Rivers Health Centers use 49 different languages to communicate effectively with our patients by using virtual translators. In all of our centers, you will find translations in: English, Spanish, Arabic, Swahili, and Kinyarwanda!

We will continue to try and break down barriers and bridge the gap for our patients, because everyone deserves access to affordable, comprehensive health care!

In a recent conversation on integrated care and community health, Diamond Williams, Executive Director at the Zepf Center, reflected on the importance of trust in healthcare: “People just want to be heard—they just want someone to take the time to truly listen to their concerns and hear them and really work alongside them.”

Through integrated primary care and behavioral health services, Zepf Center continues working to make care more accessible, compassionate, and connected for individuals and families across the community.
