AACS was at the Asian Festival this Saturday, and we had a wonderful time connecting with everyone who visited our booth! ❤️

We were glad to help community members receive free health screenings while also enjoying great food and amazing cultural performances throughout the day. 🎉

Last but not least, meet our friendliest outreach ambassador, Winston! He loves greeting people and making everyone feel welcome. 😊

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello and support AACS at the festival!

A huge thank you to all of our dedicated paddlers and to the wonderful volunteers who brought breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks throughout the day. We couldn’t have done it without your incredible support, teamwork, and spirit.

Today we kick off our Education Series for Sexual Assault Awareness Month and AAPI Heritage Month. SAAM is a time to raise awareness, support survivors, and promote consent, respect, and safety. AAPI Heritage Month is a time to honor the histories, cultures, voices, and contributions of Asian American and Pacific Islander communities.

During this time, we come together to raise awareness, deepen understanding, and uplift the people and communities living at the intersection of these experiences. We honor the voices, identities, and stories that are often overlooked, and we hope to carry this awareness forward beyond this month through continued learning, support, and action.

AACS Healthy Asian Youth (HAY) had a wonderful time at the UA Cherry Blossom Celebration today! 🌸

Our youth enjoyed watching the performances, making friendship bracelets, and even trying Taiko (太鼓) for the first time. It was a fun and meaningful way to experience culture, creativity, and community together.

Thank you to everyone who made this special day possible!
