All court costs must be paid prior to expungement.
⚠️ Convictions (including plea deals or guilty verdicts) are not eligible through the clinic. However, we can still assist you. Those cases must be reviewed by the District Attorney’s Office pursuant to T.C.A. § 40-32-101(g) and may have fees assessed.
