The Hive Community Circle leads in culturally specific, holistic care for all survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and stalking in South Carolina. The Hive CC provides prevention, intervention, and educational awareness for sexual assault and dating violence. Our programs focus on achieving optimal health, and services are also offered in the areas of sexual risk avoidance, life skill development, and self efficacy.

Join The Hive Community Circle for Wrapped in Wellness on September 12 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at All Good Books for a relaxing, hands-on experience designed to bring creativity, mindfulness, and community together. You’ll create your own beautiful hand-knit blanket while taking time to slow down, connect, and practice a little self-care.

We are thrilled to celebrate Niwdayra Tapia, aka Ms. Popular, at this year’s Roast & Toast! 

Niwdayra is a storyteller, podcast host, event host, community leader, and passionate advocate for survivors of domestic violence. Through her platform, she amplifies voices, creates space for meaningful conversations, and uses her story and advocacy to inspire connection, empowerment, and positive change.

This year, we’re honoring Niwdayra because hope isn’t passive. Hope is activism. And she embodies what it means to turn hope into action and use your voice to uplift others. 💜

Last Thursday, The Hive was in the room, ready to learn, connect, and level up! 🐝✨

Our team joined the “Tell Your Story. Demonstrate Your Impact.” nonprofit training for an interactive day focused on strengthening messaging, communicating impact, and telling the stories that make our work matter.

The gathering honored Black Philanthropy Month while celebrating the power, leadership, generosity, and impact of Black communities in philanthropy and nonprofit spaces.

We’re walking away with new tools, fresh ideas, and practical strategies we can put to work right away. Because when we tell our stories and show our impact, we help build stronger, more connected communities.
