MSDAF in the Community 🦷💜
What an incredible day of service! MSDAF had the opportunity to participate in the Washington Commanders and CareFirst Back-to-School Event✏️ , where we helped serve 1,500 children in just one day by providing free dental screenings, oral health education, hygiene supplies, and resources for families.
A special thank you to Namita Dua, DDS, Benise Nnawuihe, DDS, and all of our amazing volunteers who gave their time to provide dental screenings, education and support families throughout the event. We are also grateful to the Washington Commanders and CareFirst for inviting MSDAF to be part of such a meaningful day for our community.
This is what our mission looks like in action; meeting families where they are, providing access to oral health resources, and working alongside our dental community to make a difference across Maryland.
