Howard County, MD Chapter, The Society, Incorporated

Howard County, MD Chapter, The Society, Incorporated A nonprofit organization of women dedicated to promoting underserved youth in the arts.

04/14/2025

We cordially invite you to our Inaugural Summer Solstice Arts Awards & Celebration — a distinguished event honoring the visionaries who enrich the arts landscape in Howard County and beyond.

Set against the serene backdrop of the Robinson Nature Center, this unforgettable evening will blend the tranquility of nature with the transformative power of the arts. Join us as we celebrate cultural pioneers and champion the rising generation of talented, young artists.

At the heart of the evening is the debut of our Arts Awards Ceremony — a prestigious recognition of individuals who have made significant contributions across the visual, performing, literary, and culinary arts. Their creativity, leadership, and enduring passion have shaped our community—and their acknowledgment is both timely and well-deserved.

Your attendance supports more than a memorable evening—it furthers our mission. Proceeds from this event will help fund:

* Scholarships for students pursuing higher education in the arts
* Workshops, tours, and educational programs to nurture youth creativity
* Collaborative partnerships that expand equitable access to arts education throughout Howard County.
