Given the actual screenshots provided as exhibits shown here, we are struggling to see how this qualifies as bullying. Commentary on public filings isn’t the same as harassment.

Journalist and podcaster, Mandy Matney has filed a Motion to Reconsider the order requiring her deposition in the Beach v Parker “outrage” lawsuit.

My Tweets made the filing which confused me because I thought they were innocuous. This is a lawsuit we have covered since it was filed. I deny my comments were “mocking” or “gleeful” as alleged in the filing.

Her company has made a fortune off of promising transparency, accountability, and following the truth wherever it may lead. But when it's time to be deposed, they're suddenly all, "I'd rather be behind bars than be deposed". That's some pretty stunning hypocrisy. Transparency and accountability can't be conditional, and they can't just apply to other people at your convenience.
Then to ask for others to help pay her lawyer fees…that is shameful.
