YMCA Flag Football welcomes players ages 3–15 for a season filled with skill development, teamwork, and fun. Every child has a chance to build confidence while creating memories that last long after the final whistle.

Season details:
• Ages 3–15
• November 2 – December 19
• All skill levels welcome
• Positive coaching and teamwork

On Friday, November 20, we’ll gather with neighbors and community leaders for breakfast, prayer and an inspiring message from our keynote speaker, Dr. Bill Jones, President of Columbia International University.

Come dressed to impress at the 2026 Pumpkin Run on Saturday, October 17 at Northwest Family YMCA! Registered racers can enter our Costume Contest for a chance to win a prize and prove they’re the pick of the patch.
Then hit the course for the Kids’ 1-Mile Fun Run or 5K and stick around for our Fall Festival featuring games, crafts, food trucks, a kids entrepreneur market and more.
