Sydney Lanham is a Brokerage Associate at Colliers International | South Carolina. She primarily focuses on office leasing and sales and enjoys how no two days are the same and each deal is so different. Her favorite type of project is one where she can get creative and work closely with clients to ensure they are making a smart move.

Sydney has been a CREW Midlands member since 2024.

Fun facts about Sydney:

She is on the board of zoning appeals for the City of Columbia.

She graduated from USC with a major in marketing. Go C***s!

She is getting married in February in Kiawah Island.

Our August Member Spotlight is Cathy Jansen with First Horizon Bank. Cathy is Vice President of Commercial Banking and focuses on providing customized, full-service solutions for businesses who need financing and cash management services. She currently works with manufacturers, real estate developers, general contractors, distributors, retailers, healthcare providers and logistics companies. Cathy has been a CREW Midlands member for 3.5 years and looks forward to serving on a committee in the future.

Some fun facts about Cathy:

She owned a Hallmark Store in Charlotte for 4 years and commuted from Blythewood.

She loves college football! She grew up a Bama fan and graduated from Carolina. Go C***s and Roll Tide!
