Navigators World Missions

Navigators World Missions As the international arm of The Navigators in the U.S., we send cross-cultural workers to live and disciple among the nations of the world.

NavMissions is about ordinary people with an extraordinary God who calls us to Jesus and to the nations of the world. Partnering with other Navigator ministries in the U.S. and worldwide, we are called to advance the Kingdom of God while respecting and honoring those among whom we live and work.

When Navigators workers are sent overseas, they don't arrive uninvited. They're welcomed by local teams who are already doing the work and are eager for more hands to join them.

We have hundreds of workers in over 50 countries, from the Americas to Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Pacific. More than two-thirds live in and among people who have historically been resistant to the gospel, and they're there because someone asked them to come.

This is what partnership in mission looks like. Not one culture showing up to fix another, but believers from The Navigators welcoming you to come serve with them.

When you're sent by Navigators World Missions, you're not doing anyone a favor. You're stepping into a blessing that goes both ways.

🌍 Curious about what it looks like to be sent? Link in bio.

Nathan is preparing to join his iEDGE team! Here’s what he’s focusing on:

1️⃣ Knowing what he believes. He’s finding this in Scripture.

2️⃣ Remembering that he’s going to a different culture.

3️⃣ Being prepared to figure it out as he goes.

4️⃣ Growing in confidence that he’s right where God has him: going and making disciples of all nations!

This summer our world missions recruiters went all over the country to collegiate summer training programs to teach students about God's plan for the gospel to go to all nations, and they had a blast!

Hundreds of students got to learn about other cultures and religions, the unique ways that they point to the gospel and their need for the gospel.

A highlight was the prayer activity where students prayed for their regions' international partnerships, for unreached people groups, and for countries all over the world that the Lord has put on their heart!

Join us in praying that the seeds planted this summer would lead to many deciding to go to the nations on short term trips, iEDGE or even for their careers with Navigators Workplace!

The cohort runs for two years with an in person gathering halfway through. Our current cohort has staff serving in East Asia, South Asia, North America, and West Africa.

Ava joined iEDGE after going on a short term trip to Kenya. While there, she fell in love with how the Lord works through different cultures and how you can express the Gospel through these different cultures!

Amanda's sons were met with life changing experiences when they went on a 5 week mission trip to Kenya.

They saw the beauty of putting others first, experiencing different cultures, and learning from people sharing the Gospel around the world!

Amanda was nervous her sons would be too young but the Lord met them where they were at.

What if every reason you had to say “no” disappeared one by one?
That’s Nathan’s story and it might just be yours too.

“This isn’t just something I want to do. This is something God is leading me to do and I need to do to glorify Him in my life and show other people God through this journey”
