RRS needs commited foster to save August. Must be able to quarrentine in seperate room. If have other animals, they must be UTD on vaccs.

August desperately needs someone to step up before her illness gets any worse. She’s facing death because she is sick, no longer eating, & the shelter is unable to provide some of the supportive treatment she needs- August was initially being treated for a respiratory infection with doxycycline. Unfortunately, she has now taken a turn. She is not eating, has copious purulent nasal discharge, & is reluctant to get up or approach. Her medication has been changed to clindamycin, but the shelter reports that fluids, injectable medications, & Entyce cannot safely be given due to her behavior.🤔

💜AUGUST is a sweet girl who seems to be on the gentle and laid-back side when around other dogs. From our observations, she can be nervous in new situations and may need some time to warm up, but she tends to come around quickly with patience and treats.
