Hdeart Consortium/Disparities in Health in America Workshop

I am sending both via Facebook and email. So I do apologize for the multiple contacts.

As I mentioned in an earlier email, I am still working to rebuild the HDEART Health Equity Scholars & Alumni Network. I recently sent out an email regarding the Intercultural Cancer Council Archive, “Speaking With One Voice,” to over 3,500 email addresses to gather support for this initiative that Armin and I are working on. The original list included about 800 individuals and about 50 institutions in the consortium. Many of you were students with institutional email addresses; therefore, we currently have fewer than 500 of you with current email addresses. When I first set up Jotform, I failed to include a link to update the form. Therefore, I'm requesting an update. If you no longer want an affiliation or don’t want any more email requests, kindly let me know.

“Dr. J.....I hate to hear your report. I believe, even a little change is good and you have no idea, or maybe you do, how many people you have touched in your striving to reach the goal. Other people have been touched by what you and others have been able to accomplish and will be that way for a long time. You have kept the bar high and sometime, someone will be affected by hearing just one speaker and their whole life's work will be changed because they heard a speaker at one of the workshops.
