This Redeemed Life This Redeemed Life with MARIAN JORDAN ELLIS.

Our vision is to see women redeemed by the grace of Jesus Christ, transformed by His truth, and who live for the glory of His Name.

As April draws to a close, I’m reflecting back on the incredible opportunities. I’ve had to teach God’s word and declare that Jesus is better! From Missouri to South Carolina and many stops in Texas in between, it’s my life joy to declare the truth that sets us free.

Let the redeemed of the LORD tell their story— those he redeemed from the hand of the foe! Psalm 107:2

If you’ve experienced resurrection life, no one could ever convince you that Jesus isn’t alive and seated on the throne of heaven!

It’s what Jesus did after He rose from the grave that explains the whole Bible to us! When he breathed on the disciples, the Holy Spirit, he was restoring what was lost in sin and reconciling us with resurrection life!

Last week I had the joy of gathering around a table to celebrate the upcoming premiere of The Faithful—a new drama that brings the Book of Genesis to life through the eyes of the women whose stories helped shape our faith—and it was one of those afternoons that just fills your heart. 🤍

Beautiful setting, a truly delicious lunch, and even better conversation. I loved reconnecting with old friends and meeting some new ones, all of us drawn together by a shared love for God’s Word and the stories that have shaped our faith.

Hearing from René Echevarria and the producers about how they carefully and thoughtfully wove together the biblical narrative to bring these stories to life was fascinating. There was such intentionality in every detail—and you could feel their desire to honor the truth of Scripture.

I have always loved studying the women of the Bible. Their stories are real, complex, and full of the faithfulness of God. So to see the Book of Genesis told through their eyes—Sarah and Hagar, Rebekah, Leah, and Rachel—feels especially meaningful.

✨ The Faithful premieres THIS weekend!
Airs for three consecutive Sundays from 8:00–10:00 PM ET/PT:
March 22
March 29
Easter Sunday, April 5

To my husband: Fifty looks good on you. 🤠

We celebrated Justin the way he loves best — boots on dirt floors, the smell of barbecue in the air, horses in the stalls, and country music playing while we danced under the lights. His brother, our kids, and dear friends circled up around him, and it felt right. This is his world. These are his people.

When we toasted him, I shared something I prayed long before I ever knew his name. In my years of waiting, I would ask the Lord, “Give me Your best.” Not what I could manufacture. Not what looked impressive. Your best.

And with Justin, God answered that prayer.

“The righteous man walks in his integrity; blessed are his children after him.” — Proverbs 20:7

That’s the man he is. A man of wisdom. A man who fears the Lord. The same in private as he is in public.

What undid me most was hearing both boys say that because of the way their dad has loved, led, and shown up for them, they can see God more clearly and know Him as Father. There is no greater legacy than that.

And what I love most is that he embodies both godliness and joy. Deep faith and a playful spirit. He loves Jesus wholeheartedly — and he also loves to laugh loud, ride horses, sing country songs, and squeeze every ounce of life out of a Saturday night.

Strong and steady. Fun and faithful.

It is an honor to be your wife. Happy 50th, my love. The Lord has been so kind to me through you. 🤍

The news this week has many people asking if we’re living in the end times. I wrote a short article to help us look at the headlines through the lens of Scripture—and remember what Jesus actually told His followers to do while we wait for Him.

With rising global tensions and conflict in the Middle East, many are asking if we are living in the end times. Here’s what Scripture says—and how Christians can live ready for Christ’s return.
