Caring for someone you love? You don't have to navigate it alone.

Many of us help care for a family member or loved one without thinking of ourselves as caregivers. While caregiving can be rewarding, it can also feel stressful and overwhelming.

Join other caregivers to share experiences, find encouragement, and connect with people who understand.

This free support groups welcomes anyone caring for a family member or loved one, regardless of their needs or diagnosis.

Pre-registration by phone or email is appreciated, but not required.

Not sure where to start? Age Well is here to help! Our trained State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) counselors offer free, unbiased Medicare guidance to help you understand your options and make informed decisions with confidence.

It's time to renew your Community Meal registration!

The new FY27 Congregate Meal Registration Form is now available on our website. As a reminder, participants who attend Age Well community meals or purchase restaurant meal tickets are asked to complete a new registration form each fiscal year.

We loved participating in the 2026 Champlain Valley Walk to End Alzheimer's!

Thank you to the Alzheimer's Association: Vermont Chapter and everyone who came together at the Shelburne Museum to walk, connect, and show their support for those impacted by Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

At Age Well, we’re proud to work alongside older Vermonters, caregivers, and families throughout the aging journey. It was wonderful to see so many members of our community come together for such a meaningful day.

We did it!

Thanks to an incredible outpouring of generosity, Age Well reached our $1 million fundraising goal as we closed FY26.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who gave, shared our message, and supported Age Well throughout the year. Your generosity helps bridge the gap between available funding and the growing cost of providing services for older Vermonters.

With your support, in a single year, Age Well is able to:

• Provide more than 300,000 nutritious meals across northwestern Vermont
• Dedicate approximately 35,000 hours to care and service coordination
• Support a network of more than 1,000 volunteers
• Provide 3,500 hours of free Medicare counseling

Reaching this goal is an INCREDIBLE milestone, but the need continues. More older Vermonters are turning to Age Well for help, while available funding does not fully cover the growing cost of providing these services.

Your continued support helps us be there for older Vermonters who count on Age Well.
