1,700lbs of Food!!! Thank you shoppers at Shaw's Supermarket and Price Chopper Supermarkets for filling the shelves of the Colchester Food Shelf these past two weekends by filling our truck. Your neighbors can be comforted by your care! And thank you to our co-President, John Abry, and our members for organizing staging this event.

Big things often start with simple ideas… like helping neighbors stay warm.

Last week, the Colchester-Milton Rotary Club proudly presented a $2,500 check to Wood4Good to support the purchase of a mobile wood processor.

This equipment will help them produce and deliver firewood more efficiently to individuals and families in need throughout our community. More wood processed means more homes heated… and fewer people worrying about getting through the winter.

It’s a great example of what happens when local organizations come together to solve real, practical problems.

If you’ve never heard of Wood4Good, they’re doing incredible work right in our backyard, and we’re proud to support it.

The Rotary Club of Colchester - Milton - And The Islands hosted 80 people to raise funds for Sleep In Heavenly Peace who provide beds to kids that do not have one. It was a great night of food, fun, wine, chocolate, and a silent auction.

Our Wine & Event held at Snow Farm Vineyard & Winery was a huge success! Eighty people from all over Chittenden, Grand Isle, and Franklin County enjoyed music, food from Let's Pretend Catering, a silent auction, and an education on pairing Snow Farm wine and Birnn Chocolate. Our deep appreciation to all who attended, all who donated to the silent auction, and all who donated their time.
