Our over thirty programs and services protect and nurture children and youth, strengthen families, connect seniors, resolve crises, feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, support the emotionally challenged, and empower all of our community members to build a brighter future for themselves and their neighbors.

We want to give a huge THANK YOU to Mohawk Honda and everyone who attended their 7th Annual Haraden Family Foundation Golf Tournament. Through their generosity, they have donated to us a 2026 Honda Odyssey! This van will help us keep showing up across the community, supporting youth, adults, families, and seniors through transportation, outreach, food access, volunteer projects, events, and so much more. We want to give a shoutout as well to The Charlton School who also received a 2026 Honda Odyssey - they truly make a difference in our community and we were honored to be selected alongside them.
Thank you again to Mohawk Honda and all those who sponsored, supported, and participated in this event!
