Latina Image Leadership Program LATINA IMAGE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM is a program offered
by Julia de Burgos Cultural Arts Center.

We build leaders by inspiring and educating young Latina women ages 13 to 18 to achieve their full potential through the power of sisterhood. Latina Image Leadership Program builds leaders by inspiring and educating young Latina women ages 13 to 17 to achieve their full potential through the power of sisterhood. Upon completion of the program, many of the participants will become ambassadors and r

epresent Julia de Burgos Cultural Arts Center at community and cultural events where they are able to put into practice the skills and knowledge they have learned and will carry with them for a lifetime. The participants will be taken through an intense 6-month course in which they will learn:

Community, culture, and a night spent together. ✨❤️ Our ambassadors had the opportunity to enjoy National Night Out at Steelyard Commons, connecting with the Cleveland community through music, activities, culture, and plenty of fun along the way. Experiences like these give our girls the opportunity to meet new people, create memories together, and continue growing as young leaders within the community they represent.

🇵🇷✨ Celebrating Culture, Heritage & Community!
Our Latina Image Leadership Program ambassadors and participants had the incredible opportunity to be part of the Puerto Rican Flag Raising Ceremony at Cleveland City Hall, where they proudly shared their talents inspired by Puerto Rican culture and heritage. 🇵🇷❤️💙

Through music, performance, and creativity, our young leaders had the opportunity to celebrate their culture while representing Latina Image and connecting with the community.

A special thank you to Emily Lebrón for giving our ambassadors this meaningful opportunity to showcase their talents and be part of such a beautiful celebration of Puerto Rican pride, culture, and community. We are proud to continue creating opportunities for our young women to embrace their heritage, share their voices, and lead through culture. ✨
