There are seasons in your life that are God-appointed. Try as you may, you do not have the power to alter them. There are seasons filled with joy, and equally, seasons filled with tears. Embrace them both because behind every experience there are lessons to be learned. Through every transition, God in His Providence is working out all things together for our good. It does not mean that you will not suffer pain and feel broken at times along the way but it does mean that the Master Potter who appoints these seasons also repairs in His perfect timing so that every piece will find it’s rightful place to the glory of Almighty God.

We were not meant to carry this world's burdens because they are too much for us to bear.

When we give our cares to Christ in prayer, He lifts our burdens. He carried the weight of the world upon His shoulders through the cross He bore; carrying them to Calvary - nailing them there so that the burden of sin would no longer have dominion over you.

Excitement is in the air as PNM will be launching their prison ministry inside the Western Regional Jail soon. Preps are in place, and hope is on its way to our Tri-State area's incarcerated men and women.

It’s wonderful to know that God knows us by name. Like the good Father that he is, He longs to have a heart to heart conversation with us. Are you listening? Do you need good, solid fatherly advice? Although our human fathers do their best to give us good counsel, God’s counsel excels in wisdom. Take a moment today and sit in His presence in prayer. You will be glad that you did.
