Barriers to access abortion and mental healthcare can look very similar: political weaponization, stigma, financial constraints, and a disproportionate impact on marginalized groups. As threats to our democracy continue to ramp up across the country, it's as important as ever to exercise your right to vote. Keep fighting for stigma-free healthcare. In 2023 Ohioans passed the Ohio Reproductive Freedom Amendment. We must continue to vote with reproductive freedom in mind and fight for a court system that will enforce the amendment, not ignore it.

We are proud to recommend John Kulewicz for Ohio Attorney General.

The Ohio Reproductive Freedom Amendment enshrined the right to contraception, fertility treatment, to continue one’s own pregnancy, manage a miscarriage, and access abortion for every Ohioan. To ensure these rights are always defended, Abortion Forward is announcing our 2026 slate of candidates.

Three years ago Ohioans across the state, including you, helped to pass the Ohio Reproductive Freedom Amendment! That was a HUGE victory for Ohioans and it enshrined the right to contraception, fertility treatment, to continue one’s own pregnancy, manage a miscarriage, and access abortion for every Ohioan.

The work to protect that amendment is far from over. Re-electing Justice Jennifer Brunner and putting Judge Marilyn Zayas on the Ohio Supreme Court are two of the most important votes for Ohioans in 2026.
