As founder of Living for Epilepsy, a Saint Luke’s Foundation Community Grant strategy partner, Raven works to educate communities, reduce stigma, increase seizure response awareness, and ensure individuals and families know they are not alone.

Know someone who brings neighbors together and helps people feel seen, supported, and connected?

Our community partner Neighborhood Connections, in collaboration with the Aspen Institute’s Weave: The Social Fabric Project, is seeking nominations for the 2026 Weaver Awards.

Twenty individuals and grassroots groups from Cleveland and East Cleveland will be recognized for building trust, creating belonging, and strengthening their communities. Selected awardees may receive up to $3,000, professional storytelling support, and local and national recognition.

Help celebrate the people doing the everyday work of weaving our communities together. Nominate a community builder by Monday, August 10:
