This free weekend (September 11-13) is full of campfires, archery, ropes courses, boating, and connection for our GOBDF families. Thank you to everyone who came out for our Back to School Silent Disco!

Earlier this month, our community kicked off Back to School season with an evening full of dancing, laughter, and connection. Sheila Biljes and Judy Doyle led our educational session, and every school-aged kid who attended left with a little more knowledge about managing their bleeding disorder, a custom hacky sack, and a Walmart gift card to help stock up for the new school year.

We're so grateful to our program sponsors, Novo Nordisk and Lux Infusion, for supporting this event and making it possible. And thank you to Silent Events for powering our headphone experience and keeping the party going all night.

We're already looking forward to bringing this event back in August 2027. Thank you for being part of it this year.

Calling all detectives 🔍

Randi Clites and Colton's Crew — longtime fundraising champions for our Unite Walk — are hosting Seek, Solve & Hunt, a team scavenger hunt fundraiser, on Saturday, September 19, from 11:30 AM–3:00 PM at VFW Post 1055 in Ravenna. $100 registers a team of up to 4, and there's raffles and trivia at 2:15.
