🌟 Employee Spotlight: Ashley Badders 🌟

Meet Ashley, Lifebanc’s Manager of Education & Professional Development. For the past 3.5 years, she’s enjoyed working with teams across the organization, from clinical departments to support roles, helping employees grow through education and professional development.

Ashley describes herself in one word: empathetic. That quality comes through in the way she talks about Lifebanc’s mission and the people who choose to give the gift of life during some of life’s most difficult moments.

Outside of work, Ashley loves thrillers and fantasy books, cheering on the Cavs, and spending time with her husband and two kids. Fun fact: she’s also really good at hula-hooping! 💚
