Join us in wishing Rachel, our Executive Director, a happy birthday!!!! We are beyond thankful for her amazing commitment to equipping students to reach their schools with the Gospel! Rachel so beautifully lives out James 1:2-4, "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing." She is full of joy, steadfast to the Lord, and always builds up others!

Rachel loves to encourage others, read books, cook amazing meals for her family, but above all of this, she loves to serve the Lord with her whole heart. You can often find her equipping her staff, humbly seeking the Lord through every decision, and always wondering up another idea!💭 We are so thankful for the amazing gifts the Lord has given her to use for His glory! Happy Birthday Rachel -- we love you so much and are so grateful for you!🤍

Please help us congratulate Misty on 5 years of serving with First Priority! If we could say one thing about Misty, it would be that she desires obedience to Jesus over anything else. This is evident by her following His leading through multiple positions with FP—from administrator to Middle & High Coordinator to Operations Director. Jesus has called her to be a part of something greater than herself and she shows up every single day to walk in obedience to that calling. Every part of FP has been shaped and improved by Misty's hard work!

We are so excited to welcome our new Elementary Coordinator, Emily Dixon, to the FP Team! 🎉 Emily is so passionate about equipping the next generation to know Jesus personally! We are excited to see how God will use her heart, gifts, and passion to equip students to share the good news of the Gospel in their schools!

We are so excited to share that we are having our FIRST EVER Elementary Training Day on Saturday, November 14th, from 9 - 11:30 a.m. at Bethesda Baptist Church! 🥳
The Elementary Training Day is designed to equip and encourage our Elementary Student Leaders (our Elementary Adult Leaders are included in the FP Workshops once a quarter 😉). Please share this with all your Elementary Student Leaders and their parents! We would love to see every elementary club represented. We ask that at least one Adult Leader from the club attends with the Student Leaders. Training is incredibly important for healthy First Priority clubs. It keeps your club connected to the mission and vision, prevents mission drift, equips you with the latest resources and tools to reach your school, and connects you to a community that is leading the Great Commission on their campuses, too!
