We remove barriers and provide resources to ill or injured children and their families in need of healthcare in Southwest Ohio.

We have a 177-bedroom House in Cincinnati, a 42-bedroom House in Dayton and a Family Room inside Miami Valley Hospital. With 177 rooms, we keep critically ill children and their families close to the medical care they need and provide them with support and the comforts of home.

James IV stayed in our Dayton House for close to two months. His family shared, "We are forever grateful for Ronald McDonald House and the outpouring of love from the staff! As soon as we walked through that door every day, they could pick up if we were doing okay mentally. Staff made you feel like family."

Trunk-or-Treat at our Dayton House brought families together for moments of fun. One dad shared, "Events like today do take your mind off, not the trauma, but the hard things as a parent. We are appreciative that we do have the Ronald McDonald House to help ease things and make it better."
