This week at Mortar Cincinnati, GCF and Cincinnati Development Fund welcomed community partners and investors to join in celebrating the success of the Affordable Housing Impact Investment Pool (AHIIP). Since 2020, AHIIP has helped finance 80 housing and community development projects, contributing to the creation and preservation of 2,962 affordable housing units.

A special thanks to our partners, First Financial Bank, Over-the-Rhine Community Housing, and Price Hill Will, for highlighting how cross-sector collaboration is creating more opportunity and housing affordability throughout our region.
