We are honored to share that JPA received the Resilience Award from VNA Foundation at its 30th Anniversary Celebration! It was special to celebrate this milestone alongside fellow grantee partners and others committed to strengthening the health and well being of communities across Chicago.

Community support can take so many forms! 🧘‍♀️💙

This past weekend, local supporters turned a yoga class into a way to give back, donating the class fees to JPA. Thank you to the instructor, organizers, and everyone who participated!

Creative, DIY fundraisers like this are a great way to bring people together and support JPA in your own way. Every effort, big or small, makes a difference!
