LIMITED EDITION SWAG GIVEAWAY ALERT:

Donate at the gate during Edgewater Music Fest this weekend (AUG 28-30) and get some awesome limited edition Edgewater Music Fest koozies (courtesy of Old Irving Brewing Co.) while supplies last.

These will be a hot commodity and limited to a certain number available each day at the fest. So they are ONLY going to attendees who donate at the gate.

The $10 suggested gate donation supports Edgewater Chamber of Commerce and Care for Real, our local non-profit food & clothing bank that supports low-income residents.

What if we told you we've been lying to you all along? What if we told you that there aren't just going to be 2 music stages at Edgewater Music Fest, but that there are actually going to be 3 music stages? 👀😎🎸

Well, the cat is out of the bag!

We're excited to officially announce the super secret Acoustic Stage in the Rattleback Records "Record Tent" at Edgewater Music Fest 2026.

The official on-site record store near the center of the festival's street vendor market will feature a small stage for stripped-down acoustic performances from more local, independent, and up-and-coming musicians.

This is the initial schedule for the acoustic stage, and it's jam-packed with some awesome neighbors and friends who rock, plus some of our mainstage acts popping up for more intimate performances.

You never know who else may drop in to the tent to jam at the last second!

We apologize for lying. But we think the secret was worth it.

Gates open FRI (8/28) at 5pm. Gates open SAT (8/29) & SUN (8/30) at Noon.

In addition to the most Chicago-centric independent music lineup at a street fest, we've got TONS of amazing food and a gigantic street market. Come early. Come hungry.

It's gonna be a very special Monday Market, as we wrap up the dog days of summer and head into our last few weeks of farmers market season.

This week we have one of our absolute favorite guests making an appearance at our Chef's Table!

Catch Chef Lisa Counts of the The Chopping Block starting at 4pm for a demo and free samples. She always blows our mind and we always walk away from her demos feeling, smarter, inspired, and extra hungry.

We also have sweet tunes from Pierce Crask. That's in addition to 30+ food vendors, at Chicago's coolest Monday farmers market. 3pm-7pm at Broadway & Thorndale.

Why should you donate at the gate at Edgewater Music Fest? Because it matters!

Support the local business community, local non-profit orgs, and awesome local talent.

In addition to bringing visitors to Edgewater, directing traffic to local brick-and-mortar businesses, and serving as a business incubator for the 100+ food & retail vendors pop-ing within the festival, our street festival is our biggest fundraiser of the year.

Your suggested $10 donation at the gate supports:

1) Edgewater Chamber's marketing, advocacy, and support programs for small business.

2) Care for Real a non-profit food & clothing bank in Edgewater that supports low-income residents.

3) Awesome local music talent. The more donations we recieve at this gate, the more awesome independent artists we can continue to book for EMF next year and beyond.

Plus, where else are you going to find this much awesome music and entertainment for $10 these days? Literally nowhere.

The COOLEST Karen we know is Karen Ami of The Chicago Mosaic School.

Did you know Edgewater is home to the only school dedicated to the art of mosaics in the country?

This amazingly cool and unique not-for-profit at 1127 W. Granville also offers classes and programming for other closely related artistic media like stained glass and ceramics.

They're also responsible for some of our absolute favorite public art around Edgewater. If you look closely, we have some awesome tile work on storefronts and walls around all over Broadway & Granville, huge thanks to The Chicago Mosaic School.

The Food & Retail lineup for Edgewater Music Fest 2026 is OFF THE CHAINS.

100 VENDORS.

Amazing local food options from Edgewater and surrounding neighborhoods (a few of which, you won't find at any other street fest).

An incredible street market featuring artisans, artists, apparel, souvenirs, ephemera, stationary, jewelry, housewares and more. Over 40 of them making their Edgewater debut.

Great local independent beer from Hopewell Brewing Company and Old Irving Brewing Co.

On-site Rattleback Records store all 3 days (with pop-up acoustic performances to be announced).

Oh, and how about DRAG BRUNCH with Hamburger Mary's Chicago SAT & SUN at 1pm?

The fest opens at 5pm on Fri (8/28) and NOON on SAT (8/29) & SUN (8/30).
