The Pan-African Association (and partners) is sponsoring a community forum in Edgewater on Wednesday, May 1st, and we would be pleased if you, your staff or clients, would join us. The event will provide an opportunity for members of the refugee and immigrant community to voice their experiences and concerns, and to engage in a dialogue with Alderman Harry Osterman of the 48th ward. Alderman Osterman is especially concerned about a rise in violence in Edgewater. That issue, as well as others, will be addressed. We are thrilled to be a part of this important event, and look forward to collaborating with your organization to make our neighborhood a safe space for our clients and their families.
