757 Colts Organization is a developmental program based in Chesapeake, VA that was designed to empower, encourage, motivate boys and girls within and around our community. We are apart of the Hampton Roads American Youth Football Conference since 2012. HRAYFC is the only National Charter league for the entire Hampton Roads area. HRAYFC is a league comprised of independent athletic associations thr
