Honoring all those who served...

We are always honored and exceptionally grateful when donations are made in honor of a loved one. We have recently received two memorial donations given by the husbands of Brenda Dupree and Colleen Chamberlain to honor their wives. We know that their love of animals, of their pets, and their desire to improve the lives of the dogs and cats that find themselves at CVAC are behind these heartfelt memorials.
The pallet art sign in the photo will be going on display at Cherokee Village Animal Control as a visual reminder of the kind people in our community.

It is with great sadness that our King-Rhodes Family shares the news of the death of Ron Rhodes on November 18, 2025.

Ron was not only our company owner, broker and agent but more importantly our colleague, mentor, exemplary leader and friend.

Ron has been a real estate professional and community leader for 54 years.

In the coming weeks we look forward to honoring Ron’s love of community, his commitment to serving his clients, and his belief in the positive power of civic engagement and service to others. We will celebrate his strong Faith, his many cherished friendships, and his deep love of family including as a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Thank you for the many prayers and the outpouring of love and support we have received.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 13th at the Cherokee Village United Methodist Church with a Celebration of Life, immediately following the memorial service at a different location (more details to follow).
