As fall approaches, the HC Activities Team is busy planning all the fun events that bring our community together!

This year, we’d love your input on one of our annual Harvest Fest traditions: the Chili Cook-Off. In recent years, resident participation has been declining, so we’re wondering if it’s time to try something new—or if we should keep the tradition going, even with fewer participants.

We would like to thank our residents for the incredible turnout at our reimagined National Night Out event last night! While the rainy weather required us to pivot from our original plans for a larger outdoor event, we were thrilled to welcome more than 400 residents who joined us despite the change. Thank you to our sponsors Z Safe, Consuelo Souders with Keller Williams Realty, and Premier Martial Arts. Some of our residents won some pretty amazing raffles!

National Night Out is an annual community-building event that strengthens relationships between neighbors and law enforcement, promotes police-community partnerships, and fosters neighborhood camaraderie—all with the shared goal of creating safer, stronger communities.

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the evening such a success. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

4th of July Parade

July 4th, 9:00-10:30 a.m. at Prosperity Park

Decorate your bike, tricycle, wagon, golf cart, etc. and ride alongside Station 31 fire truck! Parade line-up begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. and will depart from Prosperity Park at 9:15 a.m. The parade route will follow alongside the fire truck on the sidewalk up Fairvista, right onto Highland Creek Parkway, right onto Crownvista, right onto Morningsong Lane then continue into the park.

Judging and prizes will begin once the entire parade returns to Prosperity Park. Complimentary bottles of water will be provided. Prizes will be awarded to “Best in Show”, “Most Patriotic”, “Most Original”, “Best Decorated Pet”, and “Most Patriotic Family”.
