Zetas of Charlotte The premier graduate chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated in Charlotte, NC, proudly serving the Greater Charlotte community since 1934.

We address economic and social needs through impactful programming, partnerships, and mentoring. Delta Zeta was organized and chartered in December of 1934 by Ethel Butler, Thelma Harris Hunt, Lucille Robinson, Laura Davidson Rollings, and Sarah Scott Schofield with the understanding that service to our community would be our greatest legacy. Delta Zeta's auxiliaries include Amicae, Archonettes, A

micettes and Pearlettes. The chapter also sponsors two undergraduate chapters: Kappa at Johnson C. Smith University and Upsilon Xi at UNC Charlotte.

Are you planning to join the Delta Zeta Chapter during the 2026–2027 sorority year? Join us for Pop Up with Delta Zeta, a casual, hands-on gathering created to help you get connected, informed, and ready for the year ahead!

We’ll share helpful chapter information and resources, answer your questions, assist with setting up the device you’ll use for chapter meetings, and provide an opportunity to connect with fellow Sorors.

💙 August Member Spotlight 💙

This month, we're highlighting Demetria Percival, whose commitment to scholarship, leadership, and service continues to make an impact.
Demetria became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated through the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in Fall 2018 and joined Delta Zeta Chapter in 2021. While balancing the demands of law school, she remained engaged in the chapter by serving on the Social Action Committee and the Image and Standards Ad-hoc Committee, reflecting her dedication to advocacy and sisterhood.

Her favorite affirmation reminds us to embrace who we are and trust the journey:

"Everything I am is enough."
