We always want to be transparent about where our donations and support go, and I love sharing, so here’s a real answer. Your gift doesn’t disappear into ‘operations.’ It becomes a care package for a mom sleeping at the hospital, a Rest & Restore session that reminds her she’s a person, a week of small comforts during the hardest stretch of her life. That’s the whole model: turn generosity into rest for someone who has none right now.

Choose a package to sponsor and tap the link in our bio. Every dollar goes straight to caring for a mom.

NICU moms pour out everything they have, and then they do it again the next day. Rest & Restore is our way of pouring back into them: a moment of care, a breath, a reminder that they matter too. We partner with people who believe a mom’s wellbeing is not a luxury, it’s part of her baby’s healing. If you’ve ever wanted to do something tangible for a mom in the thick of it, this is it.

Save this one, and send it to someone who needs it. When a family is in the NICU, the people around them want to help but freeze up, so they say ‘let me know if you need anything,’ and nothing happens. Here’s what actually helps: be specific, use the baby’s name, remind them they’re a good parent, and keep showing up after week one when everyone else goes quiet. The Elaine Symone Foundation exists to be the village that doesn’t disappear. If this list helped you, help us keep it going for a family who needs it right now. Tap the link in our bio to give.

People ask what a day in the NICU is really like. It’s measured in the smallest numbers you’ll ever celebrate: a few grams gained, one less wire, the first time you get to hold your baby against your chest. It is joy and terror in the same hour. The families we serve don’t need pity, they need a village that shows up. That’s what the Elaine Symone Foundation is building, and you can be part of it. Right now, a mom is sitting beside an incubator she never expected to know. She didn’t plan for this, and she cannot do it alone. That is where you come in. A gift to the Elaine Symone Foundation becomes real support for her: comfort in the hardest hours, and care that continues after she leaves the hospital. The need doesn’t wait, and it doesn’t take a month off. If you have been meaning to give, today is the day. Tap the link in our bio to make a one-time gift, or become a monthly giver so a mom is never facing this alone. Help us care for moms, too.

We treat rest like something you earn after the hard part is over. But a mom in a high-risk pregnancy or a NICU stay can’t wait until after. She needs care in the middle.

That’s what a Moment of Care is: a funded act of comfort, a self-care service, a restorative moment, delivered to a mom on bed rest or in the NICU, when she needs it most. Because so often, care centers the baby while the mother goes unseen. Support our Moments of Car campaign today. $20 funds one Moment of Care for one mom. Link in bio to give. 🧡💜

As we close out April, we continue to honor the voices, strength, and lived experiences of Black mothers beyond Black Maternal Health Week.

Dr. Martin’s quote goes beyond words, it’s a call to action. Every mother deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported in her healthcare journey.

Here at the Elaine Symone Foundation- We advocate. We listen. We build spaces where Black NICU moms and their babies can thrive, this month and always.💜🧡

Come with ESF to March for Babies 💜🧡

We spent this morning connecting with families, sharing resources, and standing alongside a community that cares deeply about NICU families and babies.

From meaningful conversations to new connections, every moment reminded us why this work matters. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, we loved meeting you!
