As Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💞 comes to a close, we were honored to pack and deliver goodie bags to the Mary Anne Long Breast Cancer Research Center in Chapel Hill. In doing so, we recognized and honored the mothers, sisters, friends, family members, and loved ones whose lives have been impacted by breast cancer.

We are grateful for the opportunity to spread a little love, encouragement, and support in our community. 🌷🫶🏽

⚖️✨ What an incredible afternoon of education, awareness, and community conversation!

Thank you to everyone who attended ‘Understanding NC Courts: A Community Judiciary Forum.’ We were proud to join forces with the Psi Gamma Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the Chapel Hill-Carrboro Area Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. to create a space where community members could learn directly from North Carolina judges and gain a deeper understanding of our judicial system. 📚🗳️

✨✊🏾 Our chapter participated in the Chapel Hill /Carrboro Juneteenth Freedom Celebration at the Hargraves Community Center.

Through our Advocate for Social Justice initiative, we engaged community members about the importance of civic participation and encouraged eligible individuals to register to vote. We also shared the gift of literacy by providing free books to children who visited our table, helping them stay engaged in reading throughout the summer. 🖤❤️💚
