This summer has been HOT, and the animals (and us) are ready for it to cool down a bit. Thankfully, not much has changed this summer. We moved the roos out of the chicken coop, and they now have their own bachelor pad. Bumi has gotten used to his new home in the garden, and everyone else is just chillin’.

Now that our summer break has come to an end, we are ready to start our volunteer program again! If you are interested in volunteering, you can learn more and sign up on our website!

At Rowell Ranch Farm Sanctuary, volunteers help care for rescued farm animals, support our Pet Food Assistance Program, and make a lasting impact in our community. Whether you can give one hour a week or help with a special event, we'd love to have you on the Ranch!

Five years of rescue, second chances, and community...and we couldn’t have done it without you!

Join us as we celebrate Rowell Ranch’s 5th Birthday with a fun, open house-style pet food drive benefiting our Pet Food Assistance Program

Instead of gifts, we’re asking for donations to help feed the pets of homebound seniors in our community. Our greatest current needs are:

🐱 Dry cat food
🪣 Cat litter
🐶 Small breed dry dog food
🐦 Canary food

Our Pet Food Assistance Program currently provides food for **more than 50 pets** whose owners are homebound. Every donation helps ensure families don’t have to choose between feeding themselves and feeding their beloved companions.

As our way of saying thank you, everyone who brings a donation will receive a **FREE frozen treat** to help beat the Arizona heat! 🍧

Stop by, meet the animals, celebrate with us, enjoy a cool treat, and help us make a difference—no RSVP needed! Come anytime between **10:00 AM and noon**.

We can’t wait to celebrate five incredible years with our amazing community. Here’s to the next chapter of helping animals and the people who love them! 💚
