Show your Stripes!
Join us on the rarest day of the year (February 29th) to raise awareness and show love for our rare and wonderful friends. Over 300 million people are living with a rare disease with over 6,000 different types of rare diagnoses respresented.

We love the very things that make our friends unique and we look forward to showing them support with all of you.

If you don't have zebra stripes that's okay! Instead wear GREEN, PINK or BLUE!

Special Person's Day!
Grandparents and other "Special People" are invited to visit their Mirada students for a variety of fun activities on Friday, February 16th. (See scheduled times for each grade below). Students will share a part of their day with the special people in their lives. Guests can join students for lunch in the cafeteria*, spend recess with them and join student in their classroom for planned activity.
*A school provided box lunch is available for $10 per adult. Included is a deli sandwich, pasta salad, fruit cup, bag of chips abd a water. Tickets must be purchased in advance by FRIDAY 2/8/24. Visit our website to purchase tickets. www.miradapto.org/special
